All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from AFC Mortgage Group:

• We will send messages related to your mortgage application including loan status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, closing notifications, and post-closing follow-ups
• Message frequency varies based on your loan status and activity
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• You may request help at any time by replying HELP to any message
• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of obtaining a loan

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. We and our partners use these technologies to:

• Keep our website and online portal working, including keeping you signed in securely

6. Advertising and Measurement Partners

We work with the following advertising and measurement partners:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Some pages of our website use the Meta Pixel. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies to record your visit, measure the results of our ads, and show our ads to you on Facebook, Instagram, and other sites and apps.
• Google Ads. Some pages of our website use the Google Ads tag. Google may use cookies to measure clicks on our ads and show our ads to you on other websites (known as remarketing).
• Vercel Web Analytics. Our hosting provider gives us aggregate statistics about page visits on our website.

To measure which ads result in inquiries, consultations, and closed loans, we report those events back to Google and Meta. These reports may include the ad click identifier and, where needed to match the event to an ad, your email address or phone number in a hashed (encoded) form, which is encoded before it leaves our systems. These reports may also include a dollar value tied to the revenue the event represents for us, and the general type of inquiry (for example, purchase or refinance). We do not send your credit report, income, assets, or account information to these partners.

7. Your Choices About Cookies and Advertising

You can limit or opt out of personalized advertising and cookies in several ways:

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them. You can use the choices above to limit tracking.
